NY Asian population grows +36% says New York Census from 2000-2010

New census data for New York State shows a 36% gain in Asian population to 1.4 million. That's 375,000 more Asian New Yorkers from 2000 to 2010. 

Hispanic New Yorkers gained the most in population with 549,000, an increase of 19% to 3,1 million.
