Update May 22, 2014 Eddie Wong's bright idea to produce and guest curate an online digital exhibition "A Day in the LIfe of Asian Pacific America" is now in preparation to open on July 4, 2014 at Submissions are now closed, and the curators are busy making selections to include in the online exhibition. He interviewed many artists at the Monterey Jazz Festival and at other jazz concerts in the Bay Area. He co-founded the Palo Alto Jazz Alliance, produced the Palo Alto Jazz Festival, and was a president of the International Association for Jazz Education, and elected to it...

    Portland, Oregon March 5, 2014 "Witness: The Legacy of Heart Mountain," a documentary film by ABC7 "Eyewitness News" anchor and broadcast journalist David Ono, and producer Jeff MacIntyre was screened in Portland, Oregon on March 5, 2014 and also in Los Angeles on February 22, 2014 at the Japanese American National Museum.  "Witness" tells the history and legacy of the World War II internment camp outside Cody, Wyoming, where more than 10,000 Japanese Americans were imprisoned, the majority of them from Los Angeles. The film is a moving look into the Japanese American experience, told by those who witnessed it firsthand and complemented by photos from inside the camp.
